Heal your inner child with style!
The inner child collection consists of 4 pieces: A hoodie, a turtleneck, a skirt, and a hat. All made of a combination of my custom jacquard and sweatshirt fleece that I hand-dyed.
This collection represents the process of healing your inner child. It was a very personal project becauseI I had trouble expressing myself when I was younger, and would eventually learn to do so by making art, so this collection is an ode to that.
I looked for inspiration in the fashion and editorials of the early 2000s that I was surrounded by growing up. I would look for intense colors, soft and organic shapes, and imagery that reminded me of childhood dreams.

The patterns for all of the garments were made from scratch. Then, muslin prototypes were made to ensure that everything was properly tailored to fit my model and myself.
I dyed all of the sweatshirt fleece myself using Rit dyes to achieve specific shades of purple and blue.
For the cutouts seen throughout the collection, I 3D modeled a design in Rhino that I had woven into Jacquard fabric by Prodigi.
